Can a Michigan resident still file Stryker hip settlement claim?

Yes.  Persons who had the Stryker Rejuvenate or Stryker ABG II device removed and replaced before November 3, 2014 or those were too ill to undergo revision surgery are entitled to compensation under the recently announced Stryker settlement agreement.   Residents of Michigan are still  eligible to file a settlement claim

Registration for the program begins in December, 2014.  Applicants will be required to provide the Claims Administrator with medical records that prove they were implanted with a Stryker Rejuvenate or ABG II device, that the device failed due adverse local tissue reaction, and that the device with removed and replaced.  Qualified applicants should start receiving Base Awards in June or July of 2015.

Call our experienced Stryker hip lawyers today to file your claim before the December 15, 2014 deadline.  (800) 606-1717.
